New Payment Options, EgoPay and OKPay

FXOptimax introduces 2 new deposit and withdrawal options for your trading accounts, EgoPay and OKPay. Both are easy to use and deposit by both options will be processed instantly by our systems, while withdrawals will take a maximum of 24 hours, like the other previously available options beside bank wire transfer.

EgoPay will charge 1.5% fees and an additional $0.25 for each payment done via their service, while OKPay will charge 0.5% fee ($2.99 maximum) for each transaction. Both options are available for deposit and withdrawal to and from your account. You can access them within MyFXOptimax Personal Area.

FXOptimax 2013 Christmas and 2014 New Year’s Holiday Schedule

FXOptimax would like to notify you in advance of our trading schedule for the upcoming Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

Christmas Schedules

  • Tuesday, December 24th, 2013 – Forex trading will close at 22:00 GMT (server time), while metals will be closing earlier at 18:45 GMT.
  • Wednesday, December 25th, 2013 – Forex trading will reopen at 22:00 GMT, while metals will resume at 23:00 GMT.

New Year’s Schedules

  • Tuesday, December 31st, 2013 – Both forex and metals trading will close at 22:00 GMT.
  • Wednesday, January 1st, 2014 – Forex trading will reopen at 22:00 GMT, while metals will resume at 23:00 GMT.

Important Notes

  • Liquidity may be greatly reduced during Christmas and New Year’s holidays, therefore spreads may widen and FXOptimax urges all traders to carefully watch the trades over the possibility of extreme market actions, such as spikes and gaps.
  • FXOptimax may adjust your leverage during this period, in order to prevent negative equity risk on some accounts.

Temporary Suspension of ZuluTrade Services

Starting December 13th, 2013, FXOptimax is temporarily suspending ZuluTrade services. FXOptimax MT4 platform will no longer accept trading instruction from ZuluTrade.

If you have a ZuluTrade connected MT4 and still have active or pending orders in it, we encourage you to review your orders and take necessary actions if required since these orders will not be closed automatically following the suspension of ZuluTrade services.
